Game guidelines
Outer-core has a lot of features that make it very fun to play
Great Battle System - Smash enemy fleets, Occupy their bases, pillage
their income or make him an ally.
advanced defenses - Shoot your enemys as they land near your base. Use
laser, miilies, pulse, photon or even the dreaded Drones to destroy any
fleet that enter your systems. All non shielded defenses will help protect
alliance fleets in orbit. Allies can even use your unshielded defenses
when attacking with their fleet from your base.
Star Bases - The most unique asset in game. use them on asteroid fields
to generate debries, biuld them on or near enemy bases to give your fleet
defensive oppertunities. Move them to other systems or even Galaxies.
Build them on same location and create a fortress.

Command Center's - the essence of any Fleet fortress. They enhance Fleet
attack power, and they also give their bonus to all alliance members
fleets.
they also then allow for the building of commanders. Secretaries for bases
and once you have empire centres, the Ministers that give bonus to entire
empire.
Space Gates - create the biggest and rent them out. Charge for fleets to
use your Gates and make some extra income and configure it to set it free
for alliance members, or use them to move your Star bases at a much
increased speed accross the stars.
Deep Space Probes - Awesome, fast and critical for 'offensive' movements.
park them in a Region and scan all systems within the region. get a proper
view of all astro's, bases, econs, fleets and derbis on a report.
Use the probe function to get same report in an instant and then distroy
probe to reduce enemy detection of your presence.
Scouts - they can scan systems and see any fleet movement on scanners
within system.
Production center - Mass produce a specific ship on all bases with correct
requirements, saves a lot of time.
In Game Simulator - a key function to any attacker. Check the possible
ratios, see what ships work and check possible debris to know how many
recyclers to bring.
Structures - Advanced econ, construction and production builds. You can
truly go far very fast.
Specialized Astros - get special bonusses for buildign on different astro
types, extra marine output, extra econ, better construction, advanced
research astros, their all there.
Alliance space - a great space to manage information and view data.
- Alliance ships view, check what emmbers have what ships and how many of
them.
- probe reports - all alliance can see probe reports.
- create special squads, with their own squad chat board.
- alliance spacegates, see all alliance space gates.
- alliance pacts, make them official and their for real. managed in game.
- shared bookmarks, easy to share special locations with the allaince.
Fleets - Moving fleet has never been easier. Split your fleet into chunks, or
merge them at locations. set waypoint and have them patrolling the
galaxy.
when moving them several destination group options are present to select
from - system astro's, my bases, my space gates, alliance space gates or
bookmarks. Travelling is really made easy.
Select the units tab from the fleet menu and see all ships and their
specifications in your empire. select the unit and then it will show you
the fleets and locations they are at, then tell them all to converge at a
set destination. Fleet collection made easy.
Cloaking - holoships. Create cloak ship too hide some of your fleet,
reducing its size on scanners or use holoships to make it look bigger. Sun
Tzu tatics at your finger tips. (appear wek when you are strong, appear
strong when you are weak).
Scanner system - you will find no scanner system like Outer-cores. Scan
for fleets, Scan for debris or Scan from your occupations to see any in
theose regions. You can even scan for fleets that where detected while you
were not there in the past several hours. depending on technology level
for amount of hours. You can even scan Astros, this will give a breakdown
of all astros and bases and fleets current in regions. limited to regions
where you have bases.
Occupations - when you occupy an enemy, you not only get econ but you get
to pillage his base every 12 hours. Go to economy link and do a fast
pillage of all occupations...easy peasy.
Future feature - In game Help channel - who has all the answers? so ask ingame on the
general help boards and someone is sure to get you an answer real quick.
no more struggling on your own.
Coupons - what a way to spoil your mates, buy some coupons and give them
as rewards for friends or alliance members that acchieve special goals.
coupons give 5 days premium play time.
