Teletransport Pod is a technology that you can research to enable the Telepod Structure

• You can beam out any ship type, limited to the tele-pod structure level. Level 1 can send ships that cost up to 10$, increasing exponentially by each next level.

• Teleportation Tech level 1 improve speed and range by 5%.
• The Base Telepod Structure level 1 can send 20 credits per minute within 10 lightyears

So if the tech level and the structure level are at level 5, the range will be 50+25%=62.50 lightyears and the cred/min will be 125. And the biggest ship that you can send with structure level 5 is Light Cruiser (<=160$).
Other players from your own alliance can use your tele-pods by landing their fleets at your astros.
