The Transport Ships now can load debris and move it to any astro
With this new hability, you can fully load your fleet transport ships cargo bay in 15 minutes, and move the debris elsewhere to be unloaded and safely recycled by your recyler ships
If you load half your ships capacity, it will take half the time
The ship speed will be reduced by 50% if 100% loaded, 25% if half loaded, and so on
While loading, the fleet cannot move! It will be vulnerable to attacks
